What is FITT Ladies Bootcamp?
FITT Ladies Bootcamp is a Dublin based fitness group which uses the FITT Principle as a set of rules that help you get the most out of your workouts.
FITT stands for:
Frequency: how often you exercise
Intensity: how hard you work during exercise
Time: how long you exercise
Type: what type of activity you're doing
FITT Ladies Bootcamp is all year, all weather group training designed especially for women...
FITT Ladies Bootcamp is for women who are sick and tired of the same old routines, same old classes and lack of energy day after day.
This is for women who want to lose inches, increase fitness and strength, improve body shape… or all of the above!! Each session is designed to be effective and get the results you want ….. a combination of cardio, circuits, squat/lunge combos, core & balance exercises, arm and ab workouts.Safe and suitable for women of ALL abilities and ages…
Why should I join?
If you don’t like the gym environment….our workouts are outside during the summer and weekends; we relish the fresh air and freedom all summer, then take it indoors for the winter.We are female trainers who know what women like and don't like doing for exercise. Simple!

Tailored to tackle female-specific body problems…… love handles, back roll, bingo wings and saddle bags. You can choose your own level and set your own pace and we’ll push you if you want it but won’t bully you if you don’t!
